Sundays Are For Football!
September 2025

barleymash’s 2025 NFL Kickoff Weekend is set to begin Thursday, September 4th, with the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Dallas Cowboys! Come early to get a seat for what’s sure to be an exciting start to the season! We’ll be leading the charge the following night when the Chiefs take on the Chargers as the NFL gives us an epic Friday Night Football match-up! The party continues Sunday, September 7th, with barleymash opening at 9am for a full day of football, food, fun, games, and prizes! We will have each game designated to a TV around the bar and dining room, so get here early to find your team, hunker down and enjoy the day! We are also very happy to announce that we will be bringing back our NFL Rewards Program this year! Each week we will raffle off an awesome prize at halftime of the 10am game. All you have to do is check in at the host stand and submit your name to be entered to win! Guests that check in 10 out of the first 17 weeks will be eligible to win one of the Week 18 Grand Prizes, including a $500 2026 Padres Ticket gift card, a Custom Nike Black Vapor F.U.S.E Elite NFL Jersey, and a Reserved Table for barleymash’s Super Bowl party with a “Football Food” catering package!!! Once again, the road to the Super Bowl runs right through barleymash!

Monday night’s at barleymash just got a little bit saucier! Beginning Monday, September 8th our wings will be hitting the road, featuring flavors inspired by the city that is hosting the Monday Night Football game! From cheese curds and mustard brat sauce from Green Bay, Wisconsin to a peach bbq sauce a la Atlanta, Georgia each week brings a new taste to match the energy of the region the game is being played in! Join us all season long for a new wing adventure every week!

Padres’ Playoff Push!

With all this football talk we also have to remember our beloved Padres still have a lot riding on every game as they look to keep pace with the Dodgers! We invite all the Friar faithful to come out and support the team “barley-style” as they continue their quest for the NL West title and playoff berth! They will be in action all month and have homestands against Baltimore, Cincinnati, Colorado, Milwaukee and Arizona! Join us at barleymash before the first pitch for a beverage and a bite, then after the final out for some drinks and dancing! LFGSD!

The Savannah Bananas are coming to San Diego – and barleymash is the perfect place to slip in before, or peel out after the game to fuel up on some food and more fun! We’ll be keeping the party ripe all weekend long!
